About VoxalFlow

An agency of one, by choice.

VoxalFlow builds AI front-desk receptionists for five industries — vets, orthodontists, med spas, estate agencies and tradesmen. Each one hand-tuned by the founder on the work that particular front desk actually does. No SDRs, no account managers, no kicked-down briefs.

What it isn't: a generic phone bot, a 14-industry SaaS, or a team of strangers learning your sector on your bill.

The story

How VoxalFlow ended up narrow on purpose.

VoxalFlow started in December 2024 as the same idea every AI agency starts with: build the bot, sell the bot, repeat across every industry that breathes. That lasted about a fortnight.

The version that stuck was narrower. A vet practice doesn't want a phone bot — they want someone who can hear "my dog's just eaten a load of chocolate" at 9pm on a Sunday and know that's actually an emergency. An orthodontist's front desk doesn't want a chatbot — they want someone who can talk a worried parent through a £4,500 Invisalign case without making them feel rushed. Those are different jobs. Trying to do both with one product is how you end up doing neither.

So VoxalFlow does five industries. Five only. Each receptionist is hand-tuned on what that particular front desk actually does — not a generic phone bot with a vet skin on top. The founder builds it, the founder runs it, the founder picks up the phone when something breaks.

It's deliberately small, and it's growing one founding partner at a time. Which is exactly the speed it should be growing at.

What we believe

Five things we'd argue for, at length, in a pub.

No. 01

Six clients done well beats sixty done badly.

We'd rather have five practices we know inside out than fifty we charge monthly and forget about.

No. 02

A receptionist tuned for vets shouldn't pretend to know med spas.

Generic phone bots try. They sound generic. Per-industry receptionists don't have to fake it — they know the actual workflows.

No. 03

Founders talk to founders. No SDR layer.

When you book a call, you talk to the person who builds and runs the thing. Not a junior reading from a script.

No. 04

If your front desk is unhappy, it shows on every call.

We're not here to replace your receptionist. We're here to stop them being the bottleneck for every after-hours enquiry, every DM, every callback they didn't have time for.

No. 05

We over-escalate by design.

You'd rather pass a call that didn't need passing than the other way around. Caution is the feature.

The founder

One person. Five receptionists. By design.

Hi, I'm James. VoxalFlow is a one-person agency, on purpose.

I'm English, mid-twenties, and spent the years before this watching small businesses lose the same enquiry — over and over — because the phone rang while someone was already on another call, or because a DM landed at 9pm on a Saturday and got forgotten by Monday. The maths of that always bothered me. A £4,000 job lost to a missed call isn't a phone problem; it's a coverage problem.

I started VoxalFlow in December 2024 to fix exactly that — but only for industries I could go deep on. Vets. Orthodontists. Med spas. Estate agencies. Tradesmen. Each receptionist is built and tuned on the actual workflows of that trade, not a generic phone bot wearing a costume. When you book a call, you talk to me. When you go live, you've got my number.

(Currently building from Bali, where the WiFi is unreasonably good and the coffee is dangerous.)

Where we are, honestly

Selective. Building the founding cohort.

We're not going to pretend there's a logo wall, because we haven't built one. VoxalFlow is a one-person agency in its first year, looking for the first handful of founding partners across the five industries.

What that means for you: founder-led pricing, founder-built configuration, and an unreasonable amount of attention. What it also means: no twelve-month contracts, no "enterprise" tier, no procurement theatre. Month-to-month, walk anytime, written in normal English.

The goal between now and the end of May 2026 is ten signed receptionists, across the five niches, run properly. Not fifty signed and ignored. If that sounds like a sensible pace, you're probably the sort of practice we want to work with.

Want to chat?

Twenty minutes, founder direct.

No deck, no SDR, no qualification gauntlet. Just a conversation about your front desk, what's falling through, and whether VoxalFlow's a fit. If it isn't, we'll say so.

You'll get me, James. That's the whole company.
